Chris Kondo brings expertise in corporate philanthropy, nonprofit and strengthening communities. 

 

As Global Social Investment Strategist at 3M, he served on the corporate philanthropy team and managed grants & employee volunteerism across 92,000 employees worldwide.  He collaborated with key leaders and Nonprofit / NGO leaders strengthening local community in driving sustainable outcomes in education, basic needs, environment and workforce development.

 

Prior, Chris led 3M’s Global and U.S. hiring programs and strategic workforce initiatives.  His previous recruitment experience include: Ecolab, PepsiCo, and Quaker Oats.  

 

Chris earned a BA degree in business from Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.

 

His volunteer board service includes: Voyageur Outward Bound School and Workforce Innovation of Ramsey County and certified with FEMA’s Community Emergency Response Team (CERT).  He actively volunteers with Team Rubicon and Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast.
