Brian Baker is a decorated veteran born in El Paso, Texas. He joined the Marine Corps at the age of 19, served for 21 years, and held many titles. His education and accomplishments include a Bachelors of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University graduating Cum-Laude, Meritorious Service Medal, two Navy Commendation Medals, and four Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals.

After retirement, Brian accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer of Echo Management Group and manages all of the operational commitments. His level-headed demeanor and constant drive for success make him a phenomenal resource for the leadership and board of Local Relief.
