Jess Klahr brings a wealth of experience in emergency management, operations, and leadership to her role as Advisor to the Board. With several years dedicated to disaster response and recovery, she has a deep understanding of crisis management and community resilience.

 

In addition to her emergency management expertise, Jess has held senior leadership roles in operations and human resources across multiple organizations, serving as Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Her career also includes service in law enforcement, working in both corrections and patrol divisions, as well as approximately ten years in the U.S. Army National Guard, where she honed skills in leadership, discipline, and strategic planning.
