With a Doctorate in Information Systems and Communications, Dr. Chad Smith is a successful entrepreneur and professor at PennWest University where he teaches Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.

 

Born in Brazil, residing in Florida, and volunteering in missions for over 30 years, Chad has witnessed his share of natural disasters and poverty. Chad was born with a serving heart, driven by compassion, and believes Local Relief will provide the communication necessary to bring communities together in times of need.
